Yonghui LinI want to change a digital lock I called your office 3 times in 3 different days , all i get is "she is not around , get back to u , email her , leave hp number will call u back . Then just ignore me totally. I even call your emergency hotline , he say need quotation, still get back to your office, i gave him all the detail, till date no reply at all. I never encounter such a bad customer service. I believe a quotation wont take you more than a min. Change a door lock is just a call issue for other company, but to your company is 1mth of no reply. Excellent customer service. Well done . Goodjob.
Philips GasonGoodness gracious!! This place is out of the woods and located so far from the main road. A good 850m to 1km walk from the nearest bus stop, with no shelter and cover, nor protection against the elements. No amenities or food establishments located nearby. Company is located in an industrial estate.
