I came in at 8:56 pm on 22 Feb to order my dinner and I was quite disappointed with the service. I order my meal and the server lady with a black hijab came with a takeaway bowl with my meal in it which I completely didn’t order any takeaway from the receipt . The server lady told me that they serve the wrong bowl for my meal and I chose to forgive her for the misunderstanding perhaps the kitchen was busy on that day. I just sighed and ate my bowl anyway , and I didn’t have space to put my bottle drink so I just place it on the tray so I can have more space for myself. The server lady who serve my meal came up to me and told me : “ boy no outside drinks her.” What she said was True but I can be completely honest and I can tell u I didn’t drink it because I already have sukiya’s tea serve in front of me so why tell me off when my meal is already served wrong. Customers at the end of the day want a satisfied meal and a good service from the restaurant that they visit , not an inconvenient staff member that doesn’t understand respect other customers boundaries. If they can mention that we are not allowed to go beyond their rules then I think the problem for this situation is your customer serving standards need to be improved first. The bowl is already served wrong and the impression left is already disappointing. Please work on improving the restaurant standards for the manager who is responsible for the sukiya Sengkang branch , do better.

We curious to try the $4.9 breakfast set. Wether it is the true deal. We were happy that all are good, and the portuin is more than enough for me. The taste is good, the veggie (lady finger) taste fresh. It just the beef, taste too sweet for me.

Come here for lunch almost everyday. The staff are so nice and always give me good service. Have tried all the food on the menu. For spring onion lovers, gyudon with spring onion and half boiled egg is definitely worth trying.
