  This may be hard to believe for some, but yesterday was literally my first time ordering Domino's pizza...and you know what? Sadly, it is just unfortunate that my first time turned out to be such a disappointment. 1) WRONG ORDER. Interestingly, you printed the right order on the receipt the delivery driver handed me, but messed my order up. You gave me 2 exactly identical pizzas, but that wasn't what was printed on the physical receipt, nor what showed in my e-receipt. As I was so hungry by the time the delivery came, and at the end of a very long day of work, I didn't have the energy or patience to somehow contact you and arrange for a change of order. I just had to quickly eat whatever is given, otherwise I may have a gastric issue. 2) Waiting time: exceedingly long. I had to wait for significantly longer than the timing that was SMS-ed to me. 3) I had written a VERY POLITE request along with my order, kindly requesting ketchup and chilli sauce for the pizzas. If it is not your practice to do so, you could've just told me so in the same SMS you'd sent me earlier. Since I wasn't told such a thing, I assumed I was going to receive some ketchup and chilli sauce. As someone who's ordering from you for the first time, I did not know you don't provide ketchup and chilli sauce but only chilli flakes. When I collected my delivery from your driver, I looked within the bag and asked him where the ketchup and chilli sauce were. Through him I found out that you don't provide them. 4) Temperature. Not only the pizzas had cooled down by a LOT, it was also the fries. 5) Undercooked. I couldn't even eat the crust on each pizza slice due to it feeling a little undercooked, or maybe it felt this way because of #4. Overall I felt really disappointed and dissatisfied with my meal AND my ordering experience. This was not what I expected when I kept receiving your ads on my socials. You kept promoting your pizza deals, and so I was willing to give it a shot as a first-timer. I felt deceived.

  This is where they left the pizza after taking 1 hour and 30 minutes Dominos response - you clearly aren't commited to any type of quality based on the reviews. Should have your franchise taken away at this store.
