No disabled wheelchair path from Chinatown MRT station towards State Courts!! We went one round to the back of State Courts to enter! ------ My mother on wheelchair met very difficult way to enter State Courts from the Chinatown MRT station this morning. We went one round to the back of State Courts to enter in. Can MinLaw ask their architect to redesign a disabled wheelchair path from People's Park shopping center and Chinatown MRT station?? Also, no lift from MRT up to the People's Park shopping center, we need to move up via a lift to People's Park market before turning round to cross the road up to the People's Park shopping center!! Terrible!! 👎👎👎😥😲 Attached photos, only way from the People's Park shopping centre to State Courts, wheelchairs need to face traffic on the road to rear entrance! 😰 Dangerous!
The State Courts is a stone's throw away from Chinatown Station Exit D. Take the escalator up & walk past People's Park Centre. I know everyone else before me has left 1-star reviews, but my experience there yesterday was really pleasant from start to finish. Counter staff were professional (just bear in mind, they CANNOT give advice on your case) while the Duty Magistrate was cordial in his interactions with me in the Chamber. So no, there are no rude monsters running the Judiciary, you WILL still be heard as a human instead as a cold case file. Just treat everybody with basic common sense respect & you will fare well!
Crimson Logic Elitigation service bureau. I was there at 11 am. The queue was long, and staff said come back after lunch. I went down again at 1.30 pm. Long queue. At 2 pm, staff came out, called some names who had made appointments, then said, no more walk in customers accepted. No warning given whatsoever to those waiting in queue since 1.30, or earlier. Staff said, we only have two counters open. My question: How can it be that you only have two counters open? What kind of service is this? Access to justice so slow? Very poor. Appointment website is also full for all of March.
