Bought a Victus laptop. It stopped working after a couple weeks. They tried repairing it once, and it didnt work because they replaced the wrong part. They tried again, this time with the right part, but it froze at the lock screen after a couple days. Now, I was afford a refund. I'm trying to get a refund. Its taking forever, and I have no means for direct communication with the finance team who's in charge of said refund. After 2 months, I'm still being asked details about my bank account even though I've provided them more than enough information. Now I'm sending them my bank number for the second time. I still haven't gotten my money back.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. My printer ink was defective, and following support's steps did absolutely nothing. Then the real nightmare started: customer service sent me to the wrong address. When I arrived, the receptionist gave me another address, only for me to find out the service center had moved yet again! The sheer incompetence and lack of communication are unbelievable. I will never trust or buy an HP product again.
I’m extremely disappointed with the HP ink subscription service. I’ve been on the minimum usage plan but my February bill suddenly shows that I printed an additional 159 pages, resulting in an extra $35 charge, which is absolutely BS! To make matters worse, the system is also reporting “Non-subscription Cartridges detected,” even though the ink cartridges were supplied directly by HP through the subscription. If HP cannot reliably track actual usage or correctly authenticate cartridges that it provides, then the subscription model clearly isn’t working. Customers should not be charged based on inaccurate tracking or system errors. What made the situation even worse was the poor customer support. Instead of following up or providing updates, communication went completely silent despite multiple email chasers. It took more than two weeks and several escalations before I finally received a response. The only resolution offered was a so-called trial period to offset the additional charges, which hardly addresses the root issue. I seen similar feedback in HP FB and here ...clearly not an isolated cases but yet HP continue to choose the easy way out buy ignoring the fact that there are issue with their ink subscription program/solution. Never will I buy a HP product anymore!
