Shirely LimI would like to provide feedback regarding my experience at Délifrance Waterway Point. I ordered a sandwich without vegetables, a packet of madeleines, and a vanilla frappé. Unfortunately, both the service and food quality fell below my expectations. Firstly, despite specifically informing the cashier that I did not want vegetables in my sandwich, it was served with vegetables. I had to return it and request that they be removed. In addition, the sandwich was served cold. I would appreciate clarification on whether the sandwich is intended to be served cold, as this was not what I expected. Secondly, I specifically requested that my vanilla frappé be served without whipped cream, and this was clearly stated on my receipt. However, the drink was eventually served with whipped cream. This suggests that the order instructions may not have been properly communicated to the staff preparing the drink. The handling of my drink order was also unsatisfactory. After placing my order, the cashier did not inform me of any waiting time. When I checked on the status of my drink, I was simply told to wait. Even after I had finished my sandwich, my drink had still not been prepared. Meanwhile, other customers who ordered after me had already received their beverages. When I approached another crew to enquire, I realized that my drink had not yet been prepared. In terms of product quality, I was also disappointed with the vanilla frappé. The vanilla flavour was extremely light and lacked the taste I would normally expect from such a beverage. The madeleines were also somewhat hard and did not seem as fresh as expected. Overall, there appeared to be a lack of communication and attention to customer requests. Multiple aspects of my order were incorrect, the drink preparation was excessively delayed, and the quality of the food and beverage was disappointing. This resulted in a poor dining experience.
Rebecca MakiEvery know waterway point is a place always long queue for dinner time. I found that delifance is a nice choice especially during dinner peak hours. They not only serves coffee and dessert they have pastaz baked rice too. We had a wonderful dinner with kids there. Staff are friendly, food is delicious. They even have free drinks 'babycinno" for kids. My kids love it so much. It's actually hot milk with Coco powder. The food portion is just nice. Small feedback, alio olio is a little salty. Hehehe 😁 I still remember Delifance was my childhood favourite. My Dad always bought us the bread. So nice so tasty. You should try it if sometimes you hate to stay long queues at other restaurants.

While the food was enjoyable, the cleanliness of the cutlery did not meet expectations. We felt the need to use wet wipes to clean them ourselves, which should not be necessary in a restaurant setting. We kindly suggest that greater attention be given to the hygiene and presentation of tableware to ensure a more comfortable dining experience. The service was acceptable and appreciated, though enhancing the overall cleanliness standards would significantly improve customer satisfaction. We hope this feedback is helpful and look forward to a better experience on our next visit. Ps : At the same time, we believe diners also have a part to play in maintaining the cleanliness of the space by clearing up themselves where possible. A share efforts between staffs and guests Can help keep the environment pleasant for everyone.
