DanseimOreo chocolate frappe was not blended properly. Mushroom soup I ordered 2 but only came one. Had to clarify with the staff who took my order that I have 2 mushroom soups. My Smash avocado and egg order didnt came have to clarify with the staff who had took my order again, food came egg was bland, some of the vegetable are blacken. Please also change your straws hard to sip especially drinking frappe... Came a few times with my mom before the standard was better than today.
Monsterking20The chocolate tart is fantastic, sweet and savory. The peach is delicious and not too sweet. The parline au Chocolat is savory and chocolaty. The matcha and smoothie is wonderful. Service is excellent and quick. Staff Carmina is kind and thoughtful. Ambiance could be better but overall recommended to come by to have a good afternoon tea.
A RKTerrible Cleanliness wise. We were dining in and there were no utensils. Staff gave reasoning as it was not washed. Moreover, there was a staff standing at the washing area. We waited for than 10 mins for utensils and in the end they gave us platic utensils. There were 4 staff on duty and the whole management was so messy and disoriented. Each staff was just asking different customers for their orders and everyone was just shouting across like it was a hawker centre stall. There was no system and the manager looked ver overwhelmed. Staff were wearing the gloves to collect payment and used the same gloves to handle food and this continued. Terrible experience. We ended up leaving the place and packed our food to go. Delifrance Management needs to look into your leaders of respective outlets, especially for the amount you are charging yet not providing the service and hygiene practices.
