Shirely LimVisited Délifrance Causeway Point today. While the cake I purchased was fine, I was disappointed to discover what appeared to be a plastic-like strand or foreign object attached to and embedded within the bread of my sandwich. As shown in the attached photos, the transparent string-like material was only noticed while I was eating. This is concerning from a food safety and quality control perspective, as customers should be able to enjoy their food without worrying about foreign objects being present. The Kit Kat Chocolate Mousse was good, but the foreign object found in the sandwich has unfortunately overshadowed the entire experience.
Nikita LaurensHaven't been to a Delifrance in years so I didn't expect much, but I was VERY pleasantly surprised. We got the Croque Monsieur off the new all-day breakfast menu. Extremely delicious sourdough bread, and the salad came with pomegranate and an AMAZING salad dressing. We were served by Azmi who was so funny and personable, and who can really make a killer sandwich. Having been in F&B, we know it's a tough industry, and this new menu is an excellent change of pace for Delifrance. We also think Azmi is an excellent member of your team and represents the brand very well. We will definitely be back. Kudos!
