Delibowl has long been one of our regular lunch spots, and it has always been a place we gladly recommend to colleagues and friends. However, during our visit today, we noticed several significant changes that were quite concerning. All cutlery and food containers have been replaced with disposable items, even for dine-in customers. While we understand that this decision may be due to rising operational costs to engage washing vendors, the overall experience has been noticeably affected. More importantly, we were surprised by the substantial reduction in food portions. To make matters worse, the dishes are cold and prices have increased despite the smaller servings. Paying more for less is understandably disappointing and has left us feeling that the value for money is no longer there. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be recommending Delibowl to others, and this was likely our last visit. Photo 1: Before changes. Photo 2: After changes to disposable cutlery.

The team managing this is extremely inefficient. There are 2 types of order; one for takeaway and another for dine in. The 3 staff were prioritising the dine in orders which move very fast and the wait time for the takeaway orders were extremely long. There is no staff working on the backlogs of takeaway orders and people were all jamming up at the counter to check. This needs serious improvement. This was my favourite comfort food when I go to office, but with the inefficiency and bad experience I might just rethink. Wasted 30 mins waiting for my food today and was given the wrong dish.

My new favourite lunch place in CBD The presentation of food is really appealing. Meat dishes are mostly 4.90 and veg items are at 2.90 each.
