M *This new recent place in Waterway Point is quite popular and can get crowded quickly. It has a fast-food feel rather than a restaurant vibe. The ordering process is straightforward, and it’s great that we can choose the quantity of chicken we want. The original chicken is hands down the best, followed by the black chicken with its delicious sauce. The crispy chicken with cereal is a bit sweet and not as good as expected. The wings and drumlets are the best things to order here; they’re just the right size and taste better. The gimbap is mediocre at best. The shrimp is quite good, it comes in a stick but quite nice I’ll definitely return for the original chicken and perhaps try other dishes on the menu. They have similar establishments in Bugis Junction, but it wasn’t particularly memorable during our visit, but the original chicken helps this time around to make us remember to try again
Ricky NgI had a very pleasant dining experience at Daily Chicken at Waterway Point with my wife on 17 June. The chicken was delicious, freshly prepared, and full of flavour. What impressed me even more was the excellent customer service provided by the staff. During our meal, I accidentally broke a glass on the table and spilled my drink onto myself. The staff responded immediately and came to my assistance. They quickly provided tissues for me to dry my clothes and promptly arranged another table for us so that we could continue our meal comfortably. Another kind staff member even offered me a replacement drink, which was a thoughtful gesture that I truly appreciated. The staff were attentive, caring, and professional throughout the incident, turning what could have been an unpleasant situation into a positive experience. Overall, the food was great, the service was outstanding, and the dining environment was comfortable and welcoming. I highly recommend Daily Chicken to anyone looking for delicious food and excellent customer service. I will definitely visit again.
Lee JoleenGood family restaurant! Food 🥘 : We ordered the spicy noodle with 2pcs chicken, it was not as spicy as i expected it to be. I thought it would be the usual spicy ramyeon level, but it was still very refreshing and appetising to have with the fried chicken, somehow it goes very well together. The Kimbap was great, nicely put together along with the kimchi on the side which was to my liking because I personally prefer to have less sour taste! (sometimes a little hint of sweetness is a good bonus Service 🤵🏻: There were only 2 service staff at the time when we were there so it took a while for us to sit but it’s ok! Overall still very friendly! Atmosphere 🫧: A little retro diner feels, bright colours honestly makes the mood a little more cheerful too. Overall: Would recommend and I enjoyed their food! will come back again to try the other stuff on the menu :)
