I ordered the mee goreng and nasi goreng, and both dishes were too oily. I also found a few strands of hair in the food, which was very disappointing and unhygienic. This has never happened before, so it was quite surprising. I hope the restaurant can improve on food quality and hygiene standards moving forward.
The service is good. You make an order, make payments at the counter and thereafter a number is given to bring along with you to your table. The food is served by the staff in less than 15 minutes. North Indian food like Plain Naan, Butter Chicken and Chapati with keema is acceptable however the local dish like Mee Hoon Hong-Kong can be improved further.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Garlic Naan & Mutton Keema – Simply Outstanding at Drubinah Yishun I recently tried the garlic naan with mutton keema at Drubinah Yishun and it was nothing short of amazing. The naan arrived warm, fluffy and perfectly baked, with just the right balance of crisp edges and soft centre. The garlic flavour was fragrant but not overpowering, making every bite incredibly satisfying even on its own. The real star, however, was the mutton keema. It was rich, well-spiced and packed with deep, authentic flavours. The minced mutton was tender and juicy, not dry at all, and the masala was beautifully balanced without being too oily. When paired with the naan, the combination was pure comfort food at its best. Portion size was generous and definitely value for money, especially considering the quality. Service was also fast and friendly, making the overall dining experience even better. If you are in Yishun and craving hearty North Indian flavours, do not miss out on the garlic naan and mutton keema at Drubinah. It is easily a 5-star dish and I will definitely be back for more.
