  I ordered from this caterer for Chinese New Year, and unfortunately the experience was not fuss free at all — it was extremely frustrating from start to finish. They messed up 3 times, which ended up affecting a very important family occasion. First, I had multiple back-and-forth confirmations with them (at least three times) that pre-setup one day in advance was not allowed, as the buffet was to be set up inside my relative’s home. I clearly told them they could come earlier on the actual day instead. Even after reconfirming the day before, they still showed up one day early, causing unnecessary inconvenience. After raising this issue, they called to apologise. I specifically asked for assurance that the food would be delivered properly and on time the next day. However, on the actual day, they arrived at least one hour later than the delivery time stated on the official receipt. To make matters worse, when the food finally arrived, the rice — a staple item — was completely missing. When we checked with the delivery person, he simply said he didn’t know and walked away. I contacted the company again, and while they apologised repeatedly, there was no proper service recovery offered. By then, I had lost all confidence and requested a refund. This was a very important family gathering, and my guests ended up going home without having rice with their meal. It was deeply disappointing. Please order at your own risk. Based on my experience, this was far from a smooth or reliable catering service.

  Didn’t expect much from a workplace cafeteria but this one surprised me. Ambience feels more like a café. Came during a bazaar event and it was quite lively. Staff were helpful when I asked about the menu.
