I got the Kouign-Aman eac, it was flaky but not to the point it will crumble apart when u bite into it. When u bite into it, a buttery and light sweetness will delight you, it has a good slight crisp and soft texture on the inside. It taste abit like the croissant but a circle with a centre of chewy goodness. Would definitely recommend. Egyptian butter was also quite interesting as cannot find else where, so I definitely had a nice surprise, when they said butter I did not expect it to be a butter bomb, it wasn’t ENTIRELY buttery till its oily and bad but it was a nice amount of it. Very delicious
Their croissants are nice, tried their custard and caramel croissant, its puff up with fillings and also not that sweet or salty. They have a very good promotion of 6 croissants for $6 close to closing time which definitely is very worth it. Staff also friendly and polite.
Croissants tasted run of the mill, very average. Tuna croissant fared better but the Chilli crab croissant tasted nothing like the usual chilli crab gravy or flavour. The chilli crab croissant had a weird taste to it I could not single out and was a little too spicy for my tastebuds. Would not recommend.
