Despite being a popular spot, my order arrived promptly, which I really appreciated. The staff were efficient and kept things running smoothly. If you’re at Jurong Point and craving authentic nasi lemak, I highly recommend giving Crave a try. Their Nasi Lemak Jewel is definitely a must-order. It’s their signature dish for good reason! T RainbowI was really disappointed with my recent order from Crave. I bought it today at 11:15 PM and found a hair embedded in the egg yolk of my nasi lemak, which is a serious hygiene issue. This raises concerns about food preparation standards. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves their food handling practices.
Maiva YourtongjerxiongI just bought food at Jurong Point. I paid for a bucket - 10 pieces of chicken, but what I got is 5 pieces of chicken that were being cut to small 10 pieces. This is ridiculous. Even I bought on Grab, it won't be the same. I also paid for 5 pieces of bergedils, turn out I got nothing. I hope customers service get back to me asap.
