Mark SiaVisited the outlet awhile ago. There was two orders before me, so I waited patiently for the makcik to finish packing the earlier orders. After that she came over to take my order. I ordered the Royale Nasi Lemak, also informed her that I’d like to get an extra begedil for leaving review. She told me my set already come with a begedil, I told her that I’d like to have an extra one. She looked annoyed and just went ahead to pack my food, after packing just left my food on the table and walked away. Rice isn’t as lemak as previously. The rest of the ingredients are still good nonetheless. Missing the fregrant nasi lemak rice of the old days.
John HamI’m very disappointed with my recent visit to Crave at AMK Hub. The Malay male staff kept ignoring customers, including me. We were standing there waiting, but he avoided eye contact and didn’t bother to acknowledge us. The service felt very unwelcoming and unprofessional. The food was also a letdown. The nasi lemak was dry and overly oily at the same time, which made it hard to enjoy. The chicken was tough and lacked flavor, and overall the quality did not match the price. Honestly, with service like this and food quality so poor, I won’t be coming back. Management seriously needs to improve both customer service and food standards.
