  Honestly, i just like the overall experience of me ordering my food at downtown east crave! Fast and easy! Waiting time not too long! Acceptable. I really appreciate to the server , a lady, cant remember her name, i can tell she’s smiling while asking me whether do i need my cutlery. Thanks for good service

  I have ordered a pick up and needed to wait one hour. Additionally the young chap forgot to put the spicy chicken cutlet and vegetable in my nasi lemak and served me plain white rice. After going back to ask him, he still gave me the wrong order (non-spicy chicken cutlet). The guy do not even know how to cook the rice properly as it it mushy. Horrible service. I was a frequent buyer but i will not be patronising this store anymore. Dine at your own risk!

  Very awesome food! Serve hot! Even when i reach home the food taste good too. Really love it very much. Me and my family really love it. Had my food on 20 april. Staff (it was a guy staff, regret that didnt manage to get his name) attend to me is also very polite, nice and very helpful at the same time!!!
