Here's a polished review you can post: **⭐☆☆☆☆** I had a very unpleasant experience at this chicken rice stall due to the attitude of the cashier at T3 kopitiam. I ordered and paid for 2 servings of chicken rice and requested an empty bowl. When the staff first placed a bowl on the tray, I assumed it was the empty bowl I had requested. However, he proceeded to fill it with soup. He then took a second bowl, filled that with soup as well, and handed me only the first plate of chicken rice. I politely asked again for the empty bowl. Instead of addressing my request, the cashier questioned me repeatedly, asking how many plates I had ordered and whether I had already taken the second plate. I explained that I was simply asking for the empty bowl and told him that since I had paid for two plates, he could just give me both. The cashier continued talking about the chicken rice order rather than my request. When I tried to clarify the situation, he suddenly changed the subject and claimed he was talking to his colleague. Throughout the interaction, his tone was extremely rude, he raised his voice, and his manner was unpleasant and dismissive. The food may be acceptable, but customer service is equally important. A simple request for an empty bowl should not have turned into such an uncomfortable and confrontational experience. The cashier's attitude completely spoiled the dining experience and affected our appetite. If possible, I would recommend avoiding this stall if you are looking for a pleasant dining experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the way customers are treated.
Cinta Hainanese Chicken Rice truly best foods in Singapore! They have by far the best Chicken I have ever tasted, be it Steam Chicken, Roasted Chicken or Char Siu Chicken it really is the best. Pair it with their sumptuous Rice, Braised Egg and Braised Tofu plus either Chicken Wanton Soup or Chicken Dumpling Soup for a full event. Taste simple and clean yet at the same time elevated and tasty, full of deliciousness in every bite and most of all it’s Halal. Highly recommended!
Wanted to try their roasted chicken, but saw the plate looked like leftovers, so I went for the Chicken Cutlet with Thai Sauce instead. Verdict: Not bad. Rice was fluffy and the cutlet was still crispy. Paid staff price $4.20, which felt worth it. Service: The staff who served me wasn’t very friendly though — no smile, just took order and moved on. Small thing, but it does affect the experience. At public price $6, it’s expected for an airport location, but I wouldn’t say it’s worth a special trip. Only makes sense if you’re already at T3 or you get staff price. Good for a quick airport meal, but manage expectations.
