Bobtail JintoCame at 7pm, Saturday 7 February 2026 (Pasir Ris Mall), to purchase 4 roasted chicken rice takeaway. Requested to add eggs and was told only got 3 eggs left (this was evident from the display glass panel). Paid for the 3 eggs (the worker keyed 3 eggs and 4 roasted chicken rice). Unfortunately the eggs were not packed together with the rice. Paid for them though! !It’s hard to see how the worker could forget, since he personally keyed it into the register and sealed the packet!
MelinaI actually visited the branch at Changi Terminal 3, but since it's not listed on Google Maps, I'm leaving my review here. The restaurant is the same brand, so I hope this feedback reaches the management. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience due to the extremely rude and unprofessional service. While I was trying to place my order, the staff was speaking angrily with a language i dont understand (not English) and laughing with another staff member while looking directly at me. It felt like they were mocking and making fun of me, right in front of me, during the time I was just trying to order politely. Their expressions and behavior were clearly disrespectful and mocking, not just casual joking. I don’t speak English very fluently, but that doesn't mean I deserve to be treated this way. Instead of being helpful, the staff was ignorant, impolite, and completely unprofessional. I felt very uncomfortable, embarrassed, and disrespected. I’m not sure of their nationality, maybe Vietnamese or Thai, but that’s not the point. This is not about where they’re from, it’s about how they behave. Every customer, no matter their language or background, deserves to be treated with basic respect. I really hope the management takes this seriously and improves the service at the Changi Terminal 3 branch. This kind of experience is very disappointing, especially in an international airport.

Managed to work fast and in an orderly manner despite the weird layout of the counter and collection. Expect slight delay during peak hours. Highly Recommended - Chicken Rice (Steamed / Roasted) - Lemon Chicken Rice - Char Siew Chicken Rice - Chicken Porridge - Wanton Soup - Dumpling Soup - Chicken Wanton Noodle - Roasted Chicken Noodle Things to note: Items are out of stock super fast daily.
