Happy BirdRegular food court that's been through many renovations. Most recently, the cozy seating booths have been removed and replaced with long communal tables. 2 steps backwards frankly.
Ryan LioYou must try the Korean food at arena food court. I tried the beef and fish. The best I every tried. They make them juicy.. beef is tender, fish is tender.. of course for a food court dish.. it's Michelin standard. The company needs to give the team a raise !!
Asrul ALast Saturday, 25th April 2026 at around 715pm, I visited The Arena at Level 3 food court in Changi City Point and went to My Kampung stall to order food. While I was queueing, there was a couple placing their order. I couldn’t clearly hear what they were asking for, but the staff member (a Malay guy) at the stall responded that the item was no longer available with a boring face and rude tone. When it was my turn, I ordered the “Roasted Chicken + Vegetables + 2 Rice.” However, the staff member was not paying attention and was looking elsewhere with an uninterested expression. I had to repeat my order, after which he replied (in a boring tone), “No more already, only left with à la carte.” I then proceeded to order the à la carte chicken rice. While I was carrying my tray, another customer (an older man) approached to order. The staff member spoke to him in a rude manner again (I am unsure what was said exactly), and the customer became upset and said, “Are you unhappy? Cancel my order, I don’t want it anymore. Why are you so rude?” At that point, the staff member suddenly changed his demeanour, smiled, and said, “No, no.” If he is not happy serving customers, or if he feels that customers are coming too close to closing time (about 30 minutes before), then he should not be working in the service line.
