  First & last time ever purchasing from here. Made our order at the counter @ 6.40pm and only managed to collect @ 7.21pm - a total of 41mins waiting time thats crazy and unacceptable????!! They have a numbering system but chose to serve those who were eagerly waiting in front of the stall instead. What is the order system for then. Absolutely ridiculous.

  At the Mandai branch, I pointed to the menu item for 2 Classic Ice Cream Cones ($3.90 each) and asked the staff if they could be served in cups instead. She nodded without mentioning any additional charges. When I checked the payment terminal, I noticed I had been charged $11.80 instead of the expected $7.80. After I asked about the difference, she pointed to a small sign on the counter stating that changing from a cone to a cup costs an extra $2. While the charge may have been displayed, it would have been helpful if the staff had informed me of the additional cost when I made the request. I then asked for an extra spoon and was told it would cost another $0.50. Overall, the lack of communication about the extra charges made for a disappointing customer experience.

  Tried the durian churros and durian matcha latte, both were really good, can even taste the durian pulp in the drink! The Fun Box with chocolates, marshmallows and sprinkles was a nice treat for the kids while they played.
