Peter YeoSlight above average Malay fried chicken. Not as well spiced as the ones at Geylang Serai but hits the spot on a late night craving. $10.50 nets you a three piece combo with shoestring fries and a tub of coleslaw. Fries are nothing to shout about, just commercial fries out of a bag. Coleslaw is mediocre. The fried chicken are decently sized, seasoned well and crispy. I don’t taste the cumin, fennel and coriander seeds so I think it’s cumin and salt and flour. Not too greasy so it’s good for supper. Special shout out to the packet chilli. Sweet, piquant and spicy. Very nice. Overall, I’d give it 3.5 stars but can’t do half. 17 June 2026: Came back to try the burger this time. Got my order of fried chicken but didn’t come with coleslaw this time. Staff was very disinterested and put off with only one other person in queue. Didnt bother to top up chili and other patrons had to bug him for it. Very disappointing service. Not coming back again.
Victoria HoCame down with family and ordered a good mix of pasta, mains, rice sets & fried chicken, & everything came in generous portions that were definitely filling. The food was served hot & tasted comforting, making it easy to enjoy across the board. Seafood Arrabiata $9.90 Very good pasta with a tasty tomato-based sauce & a light spicy kick. Seafood portion was generous & the dish didn’t feel too heavy. Seared Norwegian Salmon $15.90 Nicely seared, tender and juicy. Tastes fresh & goes well with the side dishes. C&S Brioche Burger Soft, buttery brioche bun with a hearty filling & a slice of pineapple. Teriyaki Chicken Glaze $9.90 Tender chicken with a sweet-savory glaze that’s flavourful with an appetising slice of pineapple. Golden Crispy Fish Rice Set Crispy on the outside & tender inside. The garlic turmeric rice was really yummy & came with a nice chilli sauce that packs a spicy kick. Fried Chicken Meals (served with fries and coleslaw) • 3 pcs Crispy Fried Chicken Meal $10.50 – Crispy skin, juicy meat & not too salty. Very tasty. • C&S Half Spring Chicken Meal $9.80 – Very Good value! Mushroom Soup Add $2 to any meal. Rich, hearty & full of ingredients. Worth adding. Portions were generous & definitely filling. Highly recommended for the taste & fast service.
TTTLocated in a newly renovated coffee shop. Service was alright, could be better. Ordered the burger with potato torts and onion rings. Burger patty was not too dry however the patty lack flavor. Sides were however well fried, not too oily.
