We were denied redemption of tonkatsu ramen priced at $7.90. Stall owner claimed only can redeem takoyaki and ebi fries.
Rachel YingI’ve been coming to Greenwich V’s Pinic for a while now with my family. We love the place. The stalls feel like old friends and the whole spot usually has this warm family vibe that keeps us coming back. But today was rough. A new guy at the Jia Chang Fan mixed rice stall completely threw off the experience. His attitude was off from the start. When I asked for a bit more curry, he basically turned my plate into curry soup and handed it over with zero patience. It felt rude and rushed, and it really didn’t match the standard the rest of Pinic holds. I’m still giving five stars because I still love the place and most of the staff are great, but today’s service from that stall was honestly disappointing. I hope it gets sorted out.
E_NThe fish and chip from the store was a rip off. Not exactly cheap at $9.90 and It was so oily, salty and does not taste good. Colestraw was a meh and fries was soggy. I would rate this western food a 1/10. Totally a scam and not as what you see via the menu. Would not return to this stall again.
