Danny TanEverything is good, superb quality for price. Comes out kitchen hot and 5/5. Fried fish tartar sauce needs to improve, it’s quite plasticky. Place a bit cramp but thats what it is. Service is good. Shout out to this employee in picture, he is the MAN! Courteous, professional, handle pressure like a boss, a Cashier, server, table cleaner, open the door, arrange table seatings, anything in front, all his and he does not IDLE! Always on the loom out. Definitely a keeper. 2 thumbs up.
Gibson LI come to this Chic-a-boo outlet pretty often and the service is always great. Even with the hot weather, the place still feels comfortable enough to enjoy a meal outdoors. The only thing that disappointed me today was my 3-piece chicken meal. It came with one wing and two breasts, and the breast meat was really dry. I feel like even if customers don’t ask, it should be standard not to serve two of the same cut in one meal, especially when it’s something that tends to be less juicy. Other than that, everything was spot on. The cashier had such a bright smile, which definitely made the experience better.
Davis Li (SG)Glad to find chicaboo in Singapore with its few branches. The chicken tastes better than Arnold's when Arnold's was my first choice for fried chicken in Singapore. Chicken skin wasn't too salty and had its own marination hint while the flesh wasn't rough or dry while carries its own spice taste. One thing I am disappointed are the sides. Rice has small lumps while its salad was swimming in its sauce, too saucy! It has a minor problem with birds staking out the return corner.
