Tine Del ArcaCame for pasta as I was craving for it- Aglio Olio to be precise and since I had a good experience during my first try here, hence I came back. To my surprise, I was served with really spicy pasta (tried to give it a chance but as a non spicy eater- this isn’t good) We approached for 2nd serving of it (requested for a non-spicy one and I am willing to pay anyway, hoping to get a better one. So they refused the payment and gave me another amount of aglio olio which is equally spicy) upon ordering no such as thing as spicy pasta indicated so you’ll expect what you will be served. Fully aware that this pasta might be slightly spicy. But nope, it isn’t just SLIGHTLY. I have also ordered rib eye steak and normally you’ll expect to be asked the doneness but I wasn’t. So I was served with something reddish and bloody (rare/med rare) which isn’t my liking too. As a consumer , I have preferences too but sadly, I had an unpleasant experience. (btw, the carbonara ordered was way too salty too) Hope some change could be considered- not cheap too.
Zai AriffinNot good at all. Twice i've got my takeaway order wrong. Latest one, my mum ordered fish and chip but whem she got home, she was given chicken cutlet, furthermore only the chicken was in the packet. She said she was served by a new guy, the 'fat' one. I had the wrong order given to me in the past but didn't expect to happen to my mum for the 2nd time again.
N LezaThe experience wasn't worth the money. Not even one star! Had to give one to post. Staffs who clearly don't want to be there, a simple takeaway request that was ignored, and a death stare when I pointed it out. The food? Below average at best. Too many better options in Northpoint. Won't be back.
