  A lot of retail shops have closed in the past year, and I do not see attempts in HDB replacing these tenants. Some of the popular retailers such as Nature Vegetarian, Overscoop, Rise and Grind, Japan Home and Mayer are long gone. However, Sheng Shiong and Koufu are still pulling in patrons which cater to the locale staying around Hougang Rivercourt. Weekdays in the mall are just deserted. Hope to see more improvement.

  Not all shops are opened for business yet. Key shops that are opened for business: 1. Sheng Siong Supermarket 2. KouFu food court (photos of stalls) 3. Burger King 4. Cheers 5. Mr FIX (DIY shop) 6. A few others Tried the Curry rice set with extra bread ($4.50 + $1.00). Lower prices than most places elsewhere. The quality of the curry can be better.

  Mall with spacious walking space and not crowded on weekdays. Though the mall has been in operation for quite some time, there is still space under renovation on 2nd Floor. Parking charges similar to HDB parking charges. Sheng Siong is the big tenants. Small playground and outdoor sitting provided.
