Mrs JCI ordered around 8:30pm and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The staff at the stall seemed very grumpy and unwelcoming, which made it feel like I was inconveniencing her just by ordering food. Customer service really affects the overall experience, and I hope this can be improved as the food itself has potential.
