Authentic Thai food. A real gem in T3. Received warm welcome from restaurant service staff. Snr Manager Grace was very helpful in seating us at a comfortable spot in the restaurant and guiding us through the menu. Her friendly and cheerful disposition made the dining experience enjoyable. Food was exquisite. Steamed Sea Bass with lemon was fresh with the tom yum oomph! Mongolian beef was very tender, samba long beans and Sambal Kang Kong was flavorful. Thank you Chef, Snr Manager and your wonderful team for making the dining experience a great way to start our Sunday
We ordered a a wide variety of food from the menu and every dish is very delicious. The portions are good and value for money. The Thai prawn cake is very crispy and tender, served with Thai chilli sauce. The tom yum seafood clear soup is authentically sour and spicy. Thai green curry (both the beef and chicken options) are very tender and comes with a lot of ingredients. The salted egg king prawns, salted egg butter cream kings prawns are highly recommended if you are a prawns lover! The steamed sea bass with spicy lemon sauce is so appetitising that it’s such a steal! Sambal kangkong is tasty and recently excellently fried! And to complement the feast, the Thai lemon tea (cold) is a great companion! And the staff are very friendly! Kudos to the awesome team - Grace, Mei Wah, Sha Sha and Liyana who made our dining experience a happy one! 💖💖💖👏👏👏
Visited Central Thai at T3 with my family while sending my daughter off for her overseas exchange programme, and at the same time celebrating Mother’s Day together. 😊 We ordered quite a variety of dishes, including their seafood tom yum soup, Thai-style omelette, green curry, stir-fried mixed vegetables, mango sticky rice, and a green milk tea. The tom yum soup was comforting with a nice balance of sour and spicy flavours, filled with seafood ingredients like squid and clams. The Thai-style omelette was fluffy and crispy around the edges, which paired very well with rice. The green curry was creamy and fragrant with generous ingredients, while the stir-fried vegetables were fresh and nicely cooked. We ended the meal with mango sticky rice and a refreshing green milk tea which completed the experience nicely. Food-wise, I would say it is more adjusted towards Singapore taste rather than very authentic Thai flavours, but overall it was still enjoyable. Portions were good and pricing was reasonable for an airport restaurant. Service was pleasant as well — the waitress who attended to us was very friendly and welcoming throughout the dinner. Overall, a warm family lunch experience before sending my daughter overseas. Thank you Central Thai for the good food and comfortable ambience.
