Liansan TayI heard this is the only few branches of Cat & the Fiddle that's a cafe with seats. Cool place to chill on a hot day enjoying the cheese cake flavor soft serve or waffle. I'm thinking if other branches ain't cafe, this is soft serve and waffle is probably something that is unique to "cafes" only as dine in is highly required for waffle ice cream.
