Boo BearJust ordered in store & went home to find out that their pizza had 2 strands of hair, didn’t want to make a big deal & tried picking out but unable as 1 of the hair is breaking up badly. Called their platform shown in google map for their store when a Indian man picked up, told him the issue & he asked me to just go back store now. Afterwards he told me he didn’t get what’s the issue. Very disappointed & angry, in the first place wasnt that angry & just wanted get a solution from them but the guy tone was quite rude. Didnt want waste my time any further, the words used are simple. Most probably wont be going back for quite a while & will let my family know not to order. Really disappointed as i was with this branch since their prev outlet which was around the neighbourhood & they changed to current location. Very displeased by the whole situation, cant be i reached home & this timing quite late, yet just tell me go back & afterwards keep asking what platform i ordered despite saying its ordered instore & he replied he didnt get the issue. I think is very unhygienic & i cant even pull out & close an eye, its literally breaking apart. Really disappointed by this & have to leave 1 star based on the problem, how they “resolved” the situation. At least the mozzarella is nice but 4 pcs for $5.90 & no tomatoes sauce. Will be throwing away the 1 box.
Rachel LamMy 1 star is for punctuality; my pickup order was fairly prompt (ready to pickup about 7:10pm for a 7pm pickup order). NO stars for the food itself. I ordered normal crust but surely this is unacceptable thickness for a pizza crust. It was more like eating a bread bun from a neighbourhood bakery shop. Look at the proportion of dough to ingredients 😡 both flavours were utterly TASTELESS. Next time I will definitely order Dominos instead of this abomination. May I add, I spotted 2 kitchen staff coming out from the back kitchen NOT WEARING MASKS. Never ordering Canadian 2 for 1 again
Chinghan WongTakeaway 2 x regular size pizzas (meat lover & butter chicken) using entertainer, add on one sides, total bill around $30. Good portion for two, pizza taste okay. The pizza boxes very well designed easy to carry without needing plastic bag. Will try again next time for other flavours
