  I was walking along Keok Siak (did I spell that right?) Road and saw Cake Spade. What an ingenious name!? It’s so cheeky! Love the creativity with the name. I had a hankering for a coffee shot and was glad they served a Cortado. And like places who do ‘cortados’, Cake Spade got it right! Strong bold robust with a well balanced pour of milk (oat milk was my choice). A simple drink but get the balance slightly off and the Cortado either becomes flat or overly bitter. Cake Spade made it excellent for me. I was greeted when I walked in and served by a friendly service crew. She even told me that I had two other orders ahead of me and I needed to wait for my drink. Which I found was delightful because she treated me like a person who has a life and a scheduled day to get to. Thanks for your warm service Sarah!

  Dropped into this quaint concept based cake eatery and left totally delighted. Wonderful ambiance with that chill and relaxing music in the background. Selection of cakes were plenty, all looking delectable and totally well presented. Ordered for myself the Caramel Banana cake and a glass of Lychee Earl Grey. Superb combo. Totally loved the experience. Hope to come back soon! Well done Team Cake Spade. Oh, and the fact that it is a halal certified eatery, makes everything a perfect ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
