Peter took our order and I must compliment him for his patience and excellent service. He was very friendly and jovial throughout our visit. Despite having to take orders, prepare the food, and clean the tables, he maintained such a positive attitude the entire time. From my very first interaction with him at the counter, he made dining here a pleasant experience. The food was good as well, though the prices are slightly on the steep side.

Cafe O at Holland has really won me over, and I feel compelled to give credit where it’s due. First things first — their prata is excellent. Crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside, and clearly freshly made. It’s the kind of prata you crave for comfort, whether you’re having a casual breakfast or a late meal. Simple, satisfying, and consistently good. What stands out most on my recent visits, though, is the noticeable improvement in service. In the past, service here could be painfully slow and, at times, felt rather unfriendly, which honestly held the place back despite the good food. However, the change is remarkable. The new team is amazingly efficient, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Orders are taken promptly, food comes out much faster, and the staff now create a welcoming, pleasant atmosphere that makes you want to stay and enjoy your meal. It’s refreshing to see a place take feedback seriously and turn things around so positively. Cafe O now feels like a neighbourhood spot you can comfortably return to again and again, not just for the food but for the experience as well. Keep up the good work, this improvement truly shows.

This is a place which has high review for prata but the service i experienced, was not positive. When i ordered the drinks (teh tarik and teh O), I felt it was not correct for me to just order drinks. The staff spoke in a tone which made me feel that way. Cant understand why. Not only was he not sincere in his service, he was rather disrespectful. I understand that the store sells mainly food but he could be accepting that patrons come only for beverages. I can now understand why the service is rated as such by other reviewers. Quite a cosy place to sit at in afternoon, because the cafes at one-holland village are too crowded. Teh tarik is overpriced and so-so.
