王德华This is NOT the first time this has happened at this Burger King outlet. Even before the renovation, service was already extremely slow despite there being no crowd. A simple breakfast set could take 15+ minutes with only ONE order ahead. After the renovation and app ordering system, I expected improvement — but today was the final straw. I placed my order 10 minutes earlier through the app and arrived to see my order marked as “Preparing.” The female staff was slowly picking Potato Balls ONE BY ONE into a box while prepared ones were already sitting on the rack. Instead of making my coffee or preparing my meal, she kept walking around doing nothing for several minutes before finally starting my burger. If you say there were many orders to handle, that would be understandable — but there weren’t！Your staff were just moving extremely slowly preparing so-called “fast food.” I got so frustrated that I left and returned again a few minutes later — only then was my order finally being prepared. Honestly, it feels like the staff were never properly trained. Everything was done unbelievably slowly despite the restaurant not being busy at all. Manager or owner can check the CCTV on 28 May, between 9:45am–10:15am（IMM OUTLET）, and see what your staff was actually doing. After this experience, I will NEVER return to this outlet again！ In the end, I completely lost my appetite and didn’t even want to touch the meal! Completely ruined my day and mood ！
Jamalludin Mohd DahlanHad the BBQ burger at Burger King today and it was honestly so satisfying 🍔🔥 The beef patty was juicy with that signature flame-grilled flavour, paired perfectly with the smoky-sweet BBQ sauce. It had a nice tangy kick without being too overpowering. The textures were on point too—the soft bun, fresh veggies, and tender meat all came together really well. On top of that, the atmosphere was really good—clean, comfortable, and a nice place to just sit back and enjoy the meal. It made the whole experience even better. Definitely a great choice if you’re craving something hearty and relaxing. Would order it again!
Desii HerneliService ok n nice staff, she gave us a promo when we dont even know how things work here since we’re foreigners. also for the staff thats named Deni is very kind and welcoming she helps us to pay much foods for affordable price, my daughters like the service and the food so much😊
