The kids loved the fun games — from building burgers 🍔, to the “Know the Birthday Boy” quiz 🎂, and exciting puzzle challenges 🧩. Their energy, patience, and politeness exceeded all expectations. Even when the kids made a mess — spilling water, throwing papers, and leaving things everywhere — Gia and Rodel remained calm, cheerful, and kind. For most people, that would have been frustrating, but they handled it with grace and professionalism. I also want to thank Neti from Burger King HQ, who helped coordinate all the party logistics behind the scenes. Her support ensured everything ran smoothly and allowed us to enjoy the celebration without worry. I strongly recommend Burger King for parents planning a birthday party. And if you do, ask for Gia and Rodel — they are outstanding hosts who go above and beyond to make the celebration fun for everyone. Xie HSpacious outlet located at level B1 inside NEX Mall. Service isn't fast though, even though not crowded, my order took almost 15mins to be ready. Also their freezer seems not cold enough as my Hershey's pie arrived pretty defrosted. Disspointing.
Janake RayMy order number was 14054, ordered out on 18 June. B4 collecting my food i ask the staff about my addition of cheese on both burgers and she said yes!!. However when i got home the cheese was not there. This is not the 1st time. Last time it happened at Marina Square outlet and they made good after my feedback. What is so difficult to read the instructions? Why do you then charge me for the cheese slices when you do not ensure!!!
