The staff member there, Uncle Mr David, responded instantly with kindness. He told me, “No, it’s ok. No need to be guilty about it, it’s my job.” His calm and reassuring response really stood out to me. Even though it might seem like a small moment, the way he handled the situation showed genuine patience, professionalism, and kindness. Instead of making me feel embarrassed, he made me feel understood and at ease. People like Uncle Mr David make a real difference in everyday places.
