The Sengkang West Avenue outlet is consistently one of the cleanest I’ve visited, and I really appreciate that they make the effort to cook the food to order, keeping everything fresh and satisfying. J OHad a fantastic experience here! The food was fresh, hot, and served really quickly — exactly what you want from a fast-food place. The restaurant was clean and well organized even during busy hours. A special shoutout to the manager (Zalikha) who was extremely professional and friendly. You can really see the positive impact of good leadership on the team — the staff (Siyu) were attentive, efficient, and welcoming. The manager went the extra mile to make sure customers were satisfied, which made the whole experience even better. Great service, great food, and great management. Definitely one of the best fast-food experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended!
CindyI came here with my friends for dinner after a long of work, it was my first time eating at this burger king outlet. The only person that was at working on the drinks was so sweet. She smiles a lot while working. I asked for extra chilli and her response was so polite. I’m pretty sure she is special (autistic) because she’s way too happy to be working at such places but that’s okay because she’s adorable they should give her a raise her name is Jasmin I think. The food was good, overall the place is good.
