Customers get “tricked” into paying more for less. HQ lack of attention to the customer experience or sales and marketing not collaborating? Either way, the Vivo branch is surrounded by competitors, and your staff comes across uninterested.
ピカ ピカチュウONE OF THE WORST BURGER KING (FAST FOOD)! If you are thinking of ordering food delivery or patronising this restaurant, kindly think twice as service is absurd and slow 🐌🐌🐌! Especially for food delivery orders, is ridiculously slow and may be delayed! Received an order to pick up from the restaurant! By the time travel to the restaurant to pick up the order is already past 15 minutes! Order has not even started preparing! For goodness sake, this is food delivery and not walk in! You don’t wait for the rider to arrived at the restaurant then start preparing the order! In the end still have to wait another 10 minutes for the order to be ready! What a fast food restaurant!!! I think slow food suit them better! Even MacDonald, KFC and Jollibee is two to three time faster than them!
KavithaOrdered 5 in 1 double fish burger meal so I get to eat nuggets n pie also in my meal.i had a option of onion rings or french fries I chose onion rings as not every fast food got onion rings.so got a medium size onion rings n the drink I changed it to ice Milo but I asked if I could have a medium size ice Milo but was being told there is a only a small ice Milo I could have.which was very disappointing for me as I love ice Milo so wanted have a medium size.onion ring I could have medium size but y not ice Milo I don't understand? Food was ok nice.no complaints.tried the McDonalds double fish burger n now burger king double fish burger n I feel the burger king is much more tastier.same goes for the nuggets.i feel compared to McDonald's burger king is really good.i don't know of the other outlets of the taste of the burger king but this outlet the food I ordered I loved it.bit bec of the small ice Milo I m only giving 4 stars for the food.atmosphere also 4 stars bec while I m eating a fly is keep flying around so had a hard time eating.service I give 5 stars bec I was being served a Muslim lady who is the manager n she was very nice towards me.the way she was talking was really friendly.she was not being rude,she was not shouting at me.
