J LOrdered a whopper meal, no upsize, initially was given 2 packets of chilli sauce which I knew wasn’t sufficient. So I asked politely can I have extra chilli sauce, the auntie staff which I recognised was also highlighted in other posts about chilli sauce incident, so I used the same photo to reiterate the matter. So what happened after I asked for extra chilli sauce was that the service crew fling a packet of chilli sauce onto my plate. An act I don’t know whether is too busy and occupied with matters on hand, or is just a habit, or whatsoever. I guess when you ask for extra condiments, the things should be handed to you? And not thrown at you? Other than this, the auntie was seen clearing stuff, overall a hardworking soul. Hopefully certain service standards requirements can be improved. In the other photo, I squeezed 2 packets of chilli sauce onto the burger, so apparently if you want sauce with fries, definitely not enough. So I went back to ask for another packet of chilli sauce which at least for me needed 4 packets instead of 2.
CHUN YEEN LimVisited Burger King at The Central and had a pretty good experience overall. The restaurant was clean and well-lit, with a modern interior and comfortable seating. Ordering was easy with the self-service kiosks, and the waiting time for food was reasonable. The food quality was decent—burgers were hot and fresh, and the fries were nicely cooked. Staff seemed efficient, especially during peak hours. Nice touch with the promo offering a free mini sundae for leaving a review 👍 Would come back again for a quick and satisfying meal!
RickyConvenient Burger King located right in Central at Clarke Quay. It's a reliable spot for a quick and familiar meal. The service is generally fast, and there is plenty of seating available. Great for a fuss-free bite while you're out and about in the area!
