ValentinoUnlike the other Burger King outlets I've visited — all of which I've happily given 5 stars — this Chinatown Point outlet was a real letdown. I specifically requested my fries without salt, yet they still came salted. It's a simple request and not the first time a restaurant has handled it, so there's really no excuse for getting it wrong. To make matters worse, my drink was barely a drink — more like a cup of ice with a splash of soda. Easily 75% ice, leaving almost nothing to actually drink. Small things, maybe, but when you pay for a meal, the least you expect is for your order to be taken accurately. I hope the team here steps up their game, because the other BK outlets have clearly set a higher standard.
Marcus NahSmall outlet here in Chinatown point.. but good enough not much of crowd even during dinner time at 7pm. Bought a 5 in 1 whopper $8.90... all taste good except for the whopper.. the meat patty since to be quite smaller compared to a couple of months ago taken in NS men club in Khati.. During dinner very cosy.. and quite quiet place.. very nice..
Jessica YeoBest BK branch I’ve encountered. Very friendly and helpful staff who makes sure you have all that you need. For instance, they helped me with the screen ordering when I couldn’t find what I want on the menu. And later when they realised I was only having my Iced Milo later in the day, they helped removed the ice in my Milo so it would not be diluted. Was really wowed by their sincerity in service.
