Side door access to toilet was locked, only the main door entrance was opened. Self serve order terminals, unable to take BK own vouchers has to queue. Counter staff not too familiar with the vouchers redemption, took a while to process it. Mushroom Swiss was a disappointment, sticky & gluey. While Turkey bacon was tasty. Fries were warm & thick, lack of salt. Overall, average experience. Hope BK can tighten up their quality controls.
KCCome here if you like to waste time waiting for food. Waited more than 1 hour already still no food. 1 staff in the front trying to do everything. Self kiosk machine only left one working. Read other reviews that it has always been like that. (Probably on purpose to slow down the orders coming in by having customers queue up instead!) Even the staff is lost on what to do next. One front staff, endless order. He is stressing out. Food is served cold as expected since it was there for a long time waiting to be served.
YannieWe tried the plant-based burger, the portion was big, if you are a small eater you might want to consider to share it. Fries is so good, when comparing to the other fast food I prefer Burger King, it is not soggy, but crispy and thicker.
