starman1994This might be the only beef noodles in Singapore that does not have a single herbal scent in the soup. It is pure unadultered beef soup, just that simple. It is thick and nourishing and not overly salty too which is good. If you want a hearty meal, just ask for beef meat and beef balls. The portion is good value for the money. The chilli itself is also under-rated. I like the new B3 food court setting as it gives you the old school kopitiam vibes. Overall nothing to complain about the food nor the lack of flavours like others tend to do because they don't understand the difference.

The soup is still very thick and hearty, so I like to do takeaway where I can dilute it at home. Beef brisket is juicy and thick cut, and portion of tendons is generous (no smell, soft and gelatinous bite). Can recommend.
