+ 24/7 Halal-certified + Island-wide delivery. + Has catering service. + Airconditioned + Extensive menu offers North and South Indian, Perankan and Western cuisines. Breakfast Set A - 2 plain pratas + coffee/tea ($3.50) + BIG portions + Spicy items have a good kick. + They have a separate takeaway counter. - Always check the bill. - Basic (fast-food-style) and old-school dated interior. + But clean environment. Comparison with nearby Nandhana's Indian Restaurant - The latter is only open during normal lunch and dinner hours (unlike Brinda's 24-hr service), and is focused on Andhra's style cuisine. Nandhana's decor is also generally more modern.

Last night I was ordered two sets of prata (4 pieces in total) at Brinda’s. Unfortunately, only one prata was cooked properly. One full set (2 pieces) was completely undercooked, and in the other set, one was cooked well while the other was not. The quality was very inconsistent and disappointing. I hope they improve their food standards and check properly before serving. I hope the management at Brinda’s pays more attention to food preparation standards and ensures that every plate served meets a proper quality check. Customers should not have to worry about whether their food is fully cooked.

1. Disposal plate, cups, gravy holder (not environmental friendly). Only folk and spoon is washable. 2. Gravy is chargeable. I ordered DAL gravy. When it's chargeable, I expect the gravy to be thicker, not watery. 3. Garlic Naan has a thick layer of oil on top 4. Everything on the menu is expensive, and food quality so-so normal only and has GST 5. Good things are: Place is clean, Aircon very cold, and has washing hand basin
