Ethan ThamBrought chocolate waffle today. Waffles quite delicious, but the customer service is bad. I called one of the staff over to order waffle in a friendly tone, she shouted "What you want?" When I want to pay, she shouted at me to pay at another counter outside the store. If you not happy, then don't work in customer service industry!
Grace KohWent to Bread Junction at 201D Tampines today at around 16:00hrs. Was served by this auntie. Her face was totally black (like owe her lot of money). She packed the breads that I wanted to buy with dirty food tong (chilli and other cream stains on it). Breads was squeezed into small plastic bag. I was just staying nearby. Went back home straight after that. Opened up the plastic bag, my breads look disgusting. Recently, even bread are also not really that cheap. If aunite is not in the mood to work, plase take leave to rest at home. Don't handle the breads like that, our money to buy the breads are also hard earn money. We paid for it, not beggar.
Tim WeeHave been patronising this shop for like 10 years. Good tasting, quality breads & buns at reasonable prices which have risen quite a lot recently. My usual half loaf of Wholemeal bread (240g) now sells for $2.50 up from $2.20 last week. It was $1.60 in 2018/9. The Walnut loaf (240g) was $1.80 then & is now $2.80. It looks like I will be buying my breads from other shops like Bake Inc ($2.80 for a 350g loaf).
