Male uncle staff was inflexible, insisted on seeing physical Pioneer card and refused to accept pink NRIC + age for the elderly. Pls be more compassionate to our elderly singaporeans!!! Ironic since this is within a hospital.

Fresh bread is ok - we have bought from here a few times. I would not suggest ordering delivery of their Kueh lapis or anything with an expiry date. This is the second time we have received items with expiry date sticker ripped off. Probably their way of clearing old stock.

28 Sept 2024 at about 1250pm. Was at NUH Bread Junction outlet asking to buy candle as it was my father birthday. And NUH had already provided him a cake without candle. Your staff straight away told me and my sister that they couldn't give free candle. Understand that they are following procedure, so I decided to buy a mini cake and 1 candle was provided to me. When requesting for a plastic knife to go with it, the supervisor say no, as the mini cake does not comes with plastic knife. I mean come on, how much is a plastic knife? Can't they be more sympathetic? My father only able to come down for less than half an hour due to his condition. I am seriously disappointed with your staff and how they gave their service. I mean your staff treat the cutlery as if they cost a bomb. So what if I accidentally broke the plastic knife you gave, I cannot get a new one? According to your supervisor, one cake is only entitled to one knife.
