Ahmed SadiqBought a plain waffle from this shop. When I got home , i was shocked to see a burnt black waffle. The burnt part was folded inwards so outside it looked clean. When I went down to the shop, the Chinese old lady who made the waffle was not in the shop. But the other staff said one of their waffle maker is spoilt. The staff is aware that their waffle maker is spoilt. Still using it. And giving it out to the customers. If customers buy chocolate flavour, the burnt parts wouldn't be noticed by the customers. Before you leave the shop, make sure you check your food before heading home
Delbin TeoThe staff was very rude to my mother. She asked the staff if there's any discount on the bread since it's 6pm, since other bread shop usually have discount starting from evening. The staff told her 'if too expensive for you, don't buy.' My mother then ask the staff to return her the money. The staff refused to return my mother her money. The staff dare to say 'dont want then dont buy.' yet refuse to return the money to my mother. Complained to the boss. The boss actually personally come down settle problem. This problem might be small but the boss still take care of it.
