Buns at 3 for $4 is really worth it! What caught my eyes were the massive honey waffles and Japanese biscuits. The oreo custard tart in the fridge is not commonly found in neighbourhood bakeries and that caught my attention too! I was surprised to see that they have mee jian kueh too, with red bean mjk and peanut mjk. The pies looked really good too and I got an apple pie and a blueberry choco pie which were both $2.30 each. Outside the shop, there are more cakes and buns on display. I air fried the pies before eating and the crust was crisp. I liked how the pies were not too sweet and the sweetest part is the jam layer.
Date/Time/Location - Refer to Photo posted Dishonest Staff or Overcharging? 1st time buying here. Price tag was $4 but was charged $5. I given $5 note and wondered why I was not given my $1 change back. 2 female staff was at the counter and 1 of them informed me that the price tag was pasted wrongly. The 2nd staff echo the same exact words. If both of them knew the price tag was wrong why was it no action taken? Or are they planning to to pocket $1? $1 is a small amount but accumulated over times will be quite a generous amount $ (I assumed). Found their Facebook page and drop a PM. Well, next time just get from SWEE HENG Bakery located next door!
On 28.05.2024 around 6.45pm at Blk960 Jurong West st 92 bread fresh shop. I'm buying bread and waiting waffles, I saw 1 of staff came outside of the shop touching dog...then another staff also came out touch dog again.. I watching them no washing hand n simple touch the thing beside them. I go to question the staff n very rude to me n say they got wash hand .. I'm watching all the action. I still told them the shop is not allowed have pet because of hygiene, some more staff can touch pet n don't wash hand ... The two staff are very rude ,not hygiene n liar. Hopefully management can check CCTV..
