I came to purchase waffles and received conflicting information from staff—one advised returning in 10 minutes as the machine was not ready, while another later said 15 minutes. I was then questioned, in an unprofessional manner, on why I came “so early” for waffles. I came at the right opening hours of the store at 10am too. This is not about arriving early, but about the store operating according to its stated opening hours. If waffles or operations only start later, the opening hours should be clearly aligned across all platforms to avoid customer inconvenience.

MC SMAverage waffles... toooooooo sweet but still can eat la. Filling very little. Waffles is the soft and nua type not the crispy version. Prefer the other outlet at Khatib.......
