Ashley T.During 2022 to 2024 they used to have many customize pre-bake bread such as golden triangle sandwich, chicken burger or fish burger, at least these were made in kitchen. The quality of bread getting worse in 2025 where I notice the bread become like those pre-made from factory then send to here to bake only , many non healthy bread now like sausage bread , or floss bread . The staff mentioned they used to have a baker chef here , now the person was not longer here n no replacement ( I guess most likely due to saving cost. ) . Sometime I notice the bread finish selling at 7.30pm and the left over bread not that nice ( or maybe staff started keeping the leftover bread very early). Waffle is good though.
Alexandra CollinsChinese lady at the counter and wearing earphones is unprofessional. I bought french loaf and she dumped it into the plastic carrier without putting it in a normal plastic bag first. The plastic bags are there to keep the bread clean before putting it in the carrier. I don't understand what's going on in her mind. After which, I kindly asked her if I could have the plastic bags for the loaf and she just smacked it into my carrier. I stood there dumbfounded while she walked away. Service is already bad. + Atmosphere: there's always flies when I come into the bakery. They placed plastic sheets over their baked goods but with how consistent the flies are, shouldn't there be better management?
