Jasmine OoiBought 2 chiffon cakes yesterday and today open another pandan flavor and found it turned moldy. Call to alert the shop to remove and put label on expiry date. Promised refund but didn't. Not sure the shop throw away the balance unsold chiffon cake (pandan flavor) or not as never received call back or updates. Bought from other shop put outside 2 days also never see moldy.
Mohamed HaniffaHeaded over here after seeing a online post. Wanted to try out their sourdough bread. Priced $7. Bread was soft. Tried it with cheese and it was great. They have a good varieties of breads, cakes and pastries. Both Ladies present were friendly.

Saw that a bakery The Bread Era near my house is now halal-certified, so after buying their chicken pie the staff asked if I want to get Shio Pan (塩パン) too, i.e. Japanese salted butter roll, where "shio" means salt and "pan" means bread. I brought it home, and surprisingly it was so good! It's soft and fluffy, and the bottom is addictively crispy, with a delicate salty buttery taste. Should buy at least two next time. 😆
