Came here for early lunch before our starwars movie at 11.30am as it was raining and we didn't want to walk under rain from Fairprice Hub at Joo Koon mrt. Restaurant was open but very quiet, nobody at all. Food came very fast as there was no queue. Tried butter cream chicken and chicken nuggets. Food was warm and taste ok.
Ap GoWent at 2.30pm. It was almost empty - I am the only customer ordering. Asked for veg option. Was told can choose anything as long as you can take egg. Chose claypot eggplant. To my horror I discovered that it has chicken inside.
MatthiasTayOrdered an ice Milo from the self-order kiosk at 4:10pm and no movement for a prolong period. No one was making drinks and two chefs in the kitchen ignored my ringing of the bell at the counter. Also spied a fried rice on the table that has been there since I arrived at the cafe and no one serving. Terrible service. A second customer also experienced the same thing. The cafe only had 3 customers all trying to order food. Only got my drink at 4:50pm when a staff passingly went to the counter. Discovery Centre needs to do better than to have a cafe with no service to customers.
