Stopped by Boms and Bun and had a pleasant experience overall. We tried their cinnamon bun, which turned out to be the highlight of the visit. The bun was soft and fluffy on the inside with a nicely baked exterior, and the cinnamon filling was fragrant without being overly sweet. What stood out was the balance — the spice came through clearly, the sugar didn’t overpower, and the bun wasn’t greasy or heavy. It felt freshly made and comforting, especially enjoyable with a cup of coffee or tea. If you’re a cinnamon bun fan, this one is definitely worth ordering. The space itself has a casual, relaxed vibe, suitable for a quick stop or a short break along the way. Service was straightforward and efficient, making it easy to pop in without much waiting. While we only tried the cinnamon bun this time, it left a good impression and made us curious about the rest of their baked goods. Some items may appeal more to those who enjoy richer, indulgent flavours, but the cinnamon bun struck a nice middle ground. Overall, Boms and Bun is a nice spot for a simple treat, and I’d return again specifically for the cinnamon bun but wished they would serve it piping hot

I passed by Boms & Buns in Joo Chiat and decided to pick up a few items…and I’m glad I did. Garlic Cream Cheese Bun was savoury, packed with garlic butter, a lush cream cheese centre, and accents of parmesan and chilli. Sticky Pecan Bun got this caramelised pecan topping and a perfectly baked base…sweet and nutty. Chocolate Financier was rich, a nice small treat. Also picked up their weekend special:)

delivery was prompt! and item arrived as pictured. wished i was there to try it, but my family absolutely loved it. the choc tart was decadent and rich, and the durian was so fan fav. thank you team b&b!
